Wearable Wednesday…..Anne Sofie Madsen

God I miss Game of Thrones.a1

…even Prince Joffrey. a2

What do you think the White Walkers really are?a3

What do you think the 3-eyed crow signifies? a4

Ever pull your Ken dolls arms off and put them on the wrong arms? a5

Ever wonder what the pope would look like with a beard? a6

But back to Game of Thrones- I think Little Finger is kind of cute. a7

I think I’ve had too much caffeine this morning, but I think these models look much angrier than usual.

I think they look angry since they’re trying to think angry or sad thoughts to keep from falling over laughing at these outfits. I loved your commentary (especially about the pope’s beard).

  2. I’d be angry too if I had to wear that – the first fur one is very confusing – it is either cold enough to wear fur or hot enough for mesh – don’t get combining the 2

  3. LOL! The Ken doll arms cracked me up πŸ™‚ Yet another example of too much $$$ and no sense when it comes to spending/”investing” it…! How these people continually get funding is a mystery to me!

  4. Very odd indeed; I do love the last little black/grey number. It is definitely wearable. Perhaps models are just depressed they can’t keep the clothes to wear for the season opener.

  5. Not a single dragon in the mix either! There’s some pretty strange looks there. I really need to rent the first two seasons of GOT. Read the books, wonder how much longer I’ll be waiting for the next installment. Talk about loose ends! I like the last look BTW.

Hmmm, I think we may need to worry about your background…..pulling the arms off Ken? Putting them on other dolls? Does your husband know about this? Is he able to sleep at night?!!
    As always, love your humor!!

  7. They do look angrier. The bird looks like an owl to me. The pants in #2 intrigue me. What would it be like to wear those? Hmmmm…. Pardon me… need more caffeine.

That little black and grey dress was the only normal thing on the runway and the only thing one could wear for Speed Dating or any other social event,

  9. They make GoT in Northern Ireland. When we go out hiking (ha ha ha) we can see all sorts of trolls and creatures etc roaming through the forests. I don’t actually watch it but I’ve had students who were extras climbing up tress and the like. Models look so depressed even their horns are drooping.

  10. I ALMOST spit out my wine laughing here…I shall have to be more careful. Wine is precious.

These poor young girls haven’t eaten in a week and then have someone f+ck their hair up and make them wear owl applique. I bet they wondered if college would have been a better choice…Thanks for the chuckles!

I actually like these looks. But my concern lies with their target market. Ladies that go to Comicon and role play Dungeons & Dragons probably make their own stuff. Or buy it at Handmaiden Bryant.

But I like it ’cause it’s real differnt, and I like differnt. That model does look strangely like Joffrey, though…. “I am king, so you will wear this piece of white tulle across your chest and these leggings with black patent leather armor appliquΓ©s!!”
