Emma- we are your parents and we love you, but you are out of control! How are we to believe that you were studying all night at Andrea’s when you come home wearing some strange bellhops uniform???
Herbert, I don’t like that Monica, she seems most surly. Are you certain she’s one of the right people?
Emma, I just spoke with The Phillips’ Russian housekeeper, Minka. There is no ‘Prance of the Pissed-off Proletariats’! Madame Veronne is going to be very angry if you don’t wear the dance costume she assigned you!
Oh lighten up, Lady! Come on Emma- lets go meet unsuitable boys down by the river!
And Headmistress Yvonne called- she said that she suspects you may be trying to leave school early and go to some seedy event. She claims she caught you stuffing your plaid uniform skirt in the library return slot!
What have you done to that wonderful little frock your Grandmother gave you???
Oh, Emma, Mummy and Daddy love you and we will never believe badly of you- we know you had nothing to do with that missing swan from the conservatory- you are our precious angel!!

I actually really love this one! The Prance of the Pissed-off Proletariat might be my favorite, or perhaps the Blazer-Studded and Ripped Pants ensemble with the chiffon tails (or whatever).
I really love these Wearable Wednesdays and always look forward to your commentary. Thank you so much for doing these! 🙂

Those models just looked like they were up to shenanigans!

You know, I almost liked the bell hop and I almost like the swan killer, but then they went just a bit too far. I’ve seen poor souls dressed like “not the right people” on the streets of the city. But I really think I should wear the shear skirt to work and see what happens, don’t you?

Am I the only one who literally stared at the black feather shoe things? They look like feathered flippers or something.
So, I have a boy that tears up the knees of jeans like mad, do you think this studding around the holes would work instead of patching? No? Guess I’ll be off to the sewing room to do some mending then…

LOL LOL LOL! What would we do without your Wearable Wednesdays??? Your commentary is terrific 🙂
PS…You should totally do a ‘Wearable Wednesdays…Where are They NOW?’ post one day. Would be highly entertaining (and a little frightening) to see if any of these ‘designers’ are still putting out collections!

I’m a boring commentator today – I don’t mind this collection at all LOL. I quite like the white trousers and the bellhop uniform – I also like the tailored jackets paired with black chiffon, even if it’s not executed in a way I might actually wear it – it’s the thought that counts 😛

Very keen on the boots, especially, the sliver ones. Your comments are spot on – made me laugh out loud.

Oh adolescence!
How I long to be back there and yet I don’t – I have one living and breathing in my house but at least he just wears Levis and T-shirts. Real nerd…..
