Wearable Wednesday Iceberg

Welcome to Pippi’s- can I take your order?

Squid shimmy pants?

ooh, sorry Rhonda- we still recognize you.

the 1-sie that makes you look like number 2-sie.

‘Ok, so after the wizard gave me a heart, I went down to Boca and met Shasta, the love of my life….’

um, well…

Best part- it all completely folds up into a 3×5 coin purse for travel!

Angela completely forgot about the microwave popcorn packet she’d quickly tucked down her pants pre-show.

yeah, I hate it too.

  1. Thank you for my Wednesday morning giggles. That was me in that bottom picture until your post popped up! Strangely enough, I love that top top. But I want it just a little bit longer as a dress with long white boots please!!

  2. Oh dear! I don’t think I can find anything good about this collection. The lilac check t-shirt, maybe. That would be wearable with a normal pair of denim jeans.

  3. Still trying to read the words on the shoes with the squid shimmy pants. This designer must have been told, “Be Bold” and then given a box of fabrics left over from Halloween costumes. That poor first girl wearing the outfits they wear in a lemonade stand at the Mall.

Ok, ok, I thought I could hide, but you found me 😉
The 1-sir that makes you look like number 2-sir had me rolling on the floor!!
As always, thanks for the fun 🙂

  5. The Pippi’s uniform is not unlike Olive Snook’s at the Pie Hole on Pushing Daisies but sadder. Props to Angela though for deftly disguising the fact that she put her pants on backwards by distracting us with shiny shininess!

And to add insult to injury, is it absolutely necessary to finish off these pharmaceutically inspired assemblages with the ugliest shoes they could find?! Haven’t these girls suffered enough? At least half of them are wearing shoes that look like they’re 2 sizes too big. Someone call an adult. Or a nurse.

The way the stripes highlight the crotch area on first outfit (fast good look) is just too unfortunate. I have an obsession about not accidentally highlighting “personal” areas with patterns in the fabric when cutting out. I always so enjoy your Wearable Wednesdays, keep it up, we all need these! Take care.
